To support its projected growth, Brookfield Renewable Partners realized they needed a stronger approach to developing its U.S. Operations leadership. ClearSpace created a process for identifying and developing required leadership strengths to support their results.

Profiled critical leadership roles, their mission-critical competencies and strengths
Assessed incumbents and candidates to identify competency gaps and ways to leverage personal strengths
Developed a year-long process to provide the participants with coaching and development support, including support for in-house coaches
Approach
Used the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and the Kolbe® Indexes to create a customized and integrated approach
Leveraged client leadership as coach/mentors in the process
